I go 2 days a week for about 75 min each workoout, and i’m seeing very consistent progress. But i train intense, always to failure. No half assed ****.

Also i love the gym, but i also want a life. Some dudes may love training 6 days a week. For me that takes away the love and makes it a chore. But i do respect those that can consistently go 6 days a week. But also remember, if you’re going 6 days a week and doing half assed workouts, then what’s the point?

If you actually enjoy lifting/gym, you will at some point go 6-7 times a week. Your body gets used to the volume quickly, and anything less feels like your undertraining.
I noticed most gains at 5-6 days, but 3-4 days still work.

jk202 is probably doing an upside down handstand squat with a jetpack up his arse firing up at the sky to increase the load on his delts via amped up gravity while you're wasting your time making this garbage judgmental thread instead of improving your soft ass physique.

It's because they don't know that, in order of importance, 80% of your physique is based on:

Diet
Genetics
OJ

Lifting is seriously 20% of the picture.

Can confirm, have chit diet and chit genetics.

This is a quality thread. Based on the pictures you've posted of your own physique you certainly know what you are talking about and are a man worth listening to with regards to lifting/dieting.

Natty going 6 days a week. I really enjoy that time, its a way to get away from everything else.

In my age group I'm really starting to stand out and been making consistent gains. Getting looks from my wife's friends and compliments from the husband's at social gatherings. Makes a guy feel good. I'll keep slowly improving the natty way

That's what's ****ed up about it all if OP spent the time he spends hating, lifting instead he'd be a sick kent.

Ngl you seem to have input for someone who hasn't even shown any sort of proof that you lift in general and the fact that you are highly invested in this thread and taking sides with this frauding retard OP who im off spread with to make red again is hilarious because it just feeds that notion that you really validate your own personality by seeking attention on a men's dominated body-building forum
