I messed up when making this thread. I meant to compare Mexican food to Chinese food instead of the entire food from the asian continent. Ignorance on my part. I apologize. I grew up in an environment where we just use the word Asian to refer to anything oriental. But yeah doesn't make sense comparing one country's cuisine to an entire continent of multiple diverse countries.
