If youre rich then its on easy mode, since the goverment prosecutors salaries are limited while the defense attorneys are basically unlimited, all the top talent usually goes to the defense for more money except a few boy-scouts remaining that are really dedicated to the cause and prosecuting or have enough time for that pension.
