Getting closer to the end! Engine is in so I can measure for the dry-sump and some heat shielding, then I'm just pulling it out to finalize all the coolant lines/wiring, then it's back in and ready to fire up. I wasn't 100% sure on what color to pick for the headers, but burnt bronze definitely turned out perfect with the orange:

Really cool build. Speaking as an insurance broker: "Be Safe"

Try not to go airborne in it, my cousin's Ferrari took flight a few years ago and messed him up pretty bad.

What's the total cost of this project?

Follow up question--assuming it's an insanely high cost, what do you do? On that ceo 10k/day time?
And relief washes over me in an awesome wave

It cost about $40k more than I expected it to. I'm at about $170k and I cringe to think about it, but it is really a no expense spared, best of the best build. I am the manager of compliance and vendor contracting for a medical company. Not ceo 10k/day yet, but I will be.

Everything is done body wise from the firewall to the front. Finalizing cooling for the engine tonight and hopefully dropping it in for the final time asap. I reached out to Jeremy at Fasterproms and he hooked me up with a start up tune so it's all nuts and bolts from here on out!

Western MA but I am in and out of Boston all summer. I travel a lot though so more or less anywhere might be doable.

Message me if you're ever in South Florida. I'd definitely be down to make some time for you to see it.

If you head up to the Delray area, let me know. There's a great night life there and it's a bit closer to me.

Yeah so the plan is to have him tune it on his dyno and I'm sure he will film something like that. He was pretty hard to get ahold of (understandably) but my phone rang a few weeks after emailing his YouTube contact info and one of the initial things he said was, "First off, very cool project!" So I think he would put it on his channel. He already sent me the start up tune and just said to get back to him and we'll set something up.
