Jog, and also go for long walks outside.

I listen to audiobooks and podcasts while doing so. Kills 2 birds.

For some reason I just can't seem to get into biking, ellipticals, or other stuff. Haven't done any HIIT type stuff in a long time, maybe I should incorporate some for a bit of variety and versatility.

Stairs 30-60mins.

Ive cut back to two weight sessions per week while trying to do 3-4 of cardio. Realised how unfit I was on a hike recently and my knees took a battering from being heavier.

bicycle is almost useless unless you go for 30-40+ miles and hills.

Run 2400 km (1491 miles) a year, including ruck marching with a heavy backpack.

Finding your favorite courses with good scenery and good audio books (music for others) is the key.

Near Tokyo bay, my favorite.

I'm already out on the streets, fukking these whores, what more could you want from me?

When I'm not doing that, I like going for walks/hikes, swimming, stair climber, low impact stuff like that
