u should see how asians are treated in canada. we don't have many black people so white people here blame their misfortunes on asians. ridiculous as ****. asians literally don't cause any problems in society here yet are hated, just working hard to make a living here, but are the blame for everything. **** it's not asian people sittin on the sidewalks everyday outside my place like lazy bums doing hard drugs. i wonder if it would be the same in america if there were no black people

About time. I've often thought, while flying 35,000 feet above sea level through an atmosphere hostile to life in a small metal can with wings, one thing that would make the whole experience enjoyable would be if it were designed, built and tested using non merit hiring.

Yeah i have a hard time understanding why we let BLM and American problems trickle into Canada just because we take in their media. Natives, brown guys and asians are openly bashed up here. Not saying black people dont have their own problems up here, but holy **** its blown out of proportion.

lol i agree. we had a BLM protest in vancouver, with apparently thousands, but i rarely see black people and i've been here my whole life. but the ones i do see are the nicest people ever and nobody has anything against them. even my supervisor was like "oh yeah im doin a lot of things for BLM because im a white female" i'm like ok...nice lol. she's nice though, but that came out of nowhere

People go to university to get degrees and become educated as to how to filter out under qualified and figure out who is most qualified.

Almost like testing their intelligence, personality, work history, and references help indicate who appears the most qualified. I guess we throw away merit since its not 100% accurate in predicting outcome and go by race instead.

canada is in a different sort of condition though. the US is an economic power, but our economy is garbage. we strongly rely on international support and international people to keep our economy going, like international students, international businesses, and cheap manufacturing, because we don't have the economic power like the US does. idk what it's due to, i think the government just doesn't have the budget or intelligence to develop canada further. like our local manufacturing factories... are only for small-medium sized businesses. we don't have any industries here that have any economic value worldwide. except our colleges i guess. that's the reason why most of the colleges here now are like 90% international students, it's because we need their funding. they pay 3x more than everyone else.

i don't think most canadians realize how underdeveloped we are lol. even countries that people refer to as third world are more advanced than us. like India has jio. that itself is remarkable. people in the smallest desolate villages of india can have super high speed internet connection, whereas in vancouver mother****in shaw internet keeps disconnecting on me god damn son. we are pretty much a ****ed country, no development or progress at all.

Any company that employees a majority with hard science degrees is not going to have many black applicants. I bet they already have a 100% black acceptance rate. Add 10 more janitors to the employee list and call it a day, and I'm not exagerating.


A medical school in Michigan near Detroit was placed on academic probation a few years ago for not having a high enough percentage of black students. There weren't even enough black applicants to fill the quota. Fking clown world.
