They should require learning management science for everyone before working. So many animals perpetuating the cycle of hazing b.s. or other terrible leadership.

I ended up in trouble with a mid-level boss for pointing out her lying and cheating. She tried to cause problems for me, and I did not flinch and knew no one would believe her. Still unpleasant.

I ended up needing to stand up to one dude cheating me to try to lock me into his system. He deliberately ended up months late for something designed to corrupt my alternate job market. Destroyed him, and I wish I did so more meticulously so I could enjoy it more. I had no choice to protect my market value because he knew what he was doing.

Tons of times and that's why I've had like 10 different jobs. Maybe more if I spent the time counting. Every time it happens I quit right there and walk out. Usually they call and call leaving voicemails but I block their number or just take my sim card out for a few days. If we lived in a proper society I would challenge them to a fight right there but we live in coward clown world where coward bullies can start fights with other people and when you stand up for yourself they call 911 and have guys with guns come and lock you in jail. Its a joke the way people treat each other here. I bet their attitude would be different if they knew they would catch a right cross to the jaw talking to me like I am back at marine corps boot camp. Fukin joke of a country.

I say, "Kevin, I know I haven't worked here for very long, but I'm committed to this job, and want you to know if there's anyway I can prove myself, I'm ready and willing."

He responded by telling me he appreciated my commitment, and that I could prove myself by doing the best I could in my position.

I said "fuk that, I'm gonna fuk you like the little dirty manlet you are"

So I grabbed him by the tie and shoved him back against the wall, tongue kissing him passionately like he was my own Dad. I made him suck me off in front of 5 or 6 customers, who watched on in awe and horror.

I heard one of them say "is that a fukking manlet sucking that 5'11 alpha off?"

I said, "Yeah, I'm the new manager guys"
LOL so good

my driller threw his hard hat at me when i didnt hear the rig horn while working in the pump house (the sign on the wall said it was like 130 or 140db)

So ya no **** dude i couldnt hear the horn with double ear pro basically working next to a jet engine taking off

Lol also when i was 12 i worked on a farm. Farmer dude was super chill and really nice, the type that told me to slow down, dont kill myself, not hustle too hard, just do a good job. His wife on the other hand was a complete ****. He told me earlier that week if it rains dont come over and he'll feed the horses cause all the other jobs i did were outside. Thursday night its pouring, so i dont go. This fat ****ing **** shows up at my front door and starts yelling at me how incompetent i am and my moms just like "HOLD THE **** UP"
Great MAGA King status

One summer I worked public works. One of the foremen there was the only woman foreman. She was a little old womanlet that nobody liked. My first foreman the year before was a really kind, fair man. He had 5 kids and was just a pleasant individual. Everyone on his team worked hard and we all respected him even when he gave us work we didn't want to do. She was the opposite. I was paired with another seasonal worker that was incompetent, and he was supposed to show me the ropes. He left end of July and I kept the work going with another seasonal working. Besides all the baseless accusations she lobbed at me all summer long, she tried to 'fail' me on my final evaluation because I didn't do things 100% correctly. I argued with her that the guy I was with never taught me properly which was her fault because she didn't care enough to catch it and give a fuk. To make a long story short, I got the union involved, they defended me, told her she couldn't fail me, and I got the last laugh. She was impossible. At some point when she kept making inane accusations I'd just have to firmly tell her, 'look, I already told you what happened and I'm not repeating myself. At this point, if you don't believe me, that's not my problem - it's yours.'

I believe she was instrumental in passive-aggressively making sure I didn't secure a position the next summer. What an old miserable hag srs. I still remember the dead blue eyes.

When I was 16 I worked maintenance in a school. I was one of four young guys and there was another crew of four older guys. Two were Irish and two were Italian. Italians couldn't speak much English and would regularly call you a "stupida f-ing kid!" if you did something wrong. The other thing they always said was "makea nicey nice!".

But one of the Irish guys was true Irish. If you did something wrong or he dropped anything he'd swear at you until the walls turned blue. I learned a lot that summer.
