I deadlift 600lbs so I’d say it’s pathetic. It’s what twinks under 200lbs lift to make themselves feel stronger than they actually are.

• For a normal natty brah, at a normal gym, with normal people.... not competing, NOT TAKING DAT DERE.

= Above average, probably one of the strongest in your gym.

• For a power lifting gym (everyone blasting tech), hyper body-dysmorphic social media accounts for genetic anomalies (+everyone blasting tech).... or a for the general gym population blasting dat dere

= Mediocre, but still impressive and takes effort and time to develop the form.

You brahs on here need to understand the average gym go'er is proud just to keep the routine or drop 10-15lbs after a divorce. If you moving 300+ pounds on any lift, your in the upper tier of strength in society. As for the brahs blasting tech, making extreme lifestyle and life-span reducing choices to lift more that 400lbs. (with no paycheck or $$$ in return for the sacrifice)...saying "thats nothing bro... fuking child chit".... your lost in a whirlwind of body dysmorphia, cognitive dissonance/distortion, and drug addiction and will die young from your chemical abuse choices.

Stay safe... stay realistic brahs.

I have more respect for 2/10 females than I do copelifters. I lol even more if these copelifters are manlets that do 1 rep sets while wearing their nappies and are constantly surrounded by urine smells and clouds of chalk.

Cheers
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

Hurt by the aleeboy and need to cope? Go here for hugs: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=178724011

Depends on your height/weight + bf%.

I’m 6’ and I deadlifted 405 at around 184 lbs and 12% bf and to be honest, I didn’t really feel like it was impressive. I havn’t deadlifted for real in years, but I recently squatted 315 for 5, and that felt much more impressive to me.

5 plates is very impressive though. Night and day difference between 4 and 5 plates imo.

In a commercial gym you will have one of the best deadlifts in the gym though, for sure.
