Goal 3 - the worst film I have ever seen. Goal 1 was great.

Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood. It’s a horrible horrible film, and the fact it’s in IMDb top 250 makes me have to highlight just how bad it is

It's pretty entertaining if you turn your brain off but then I didn't go into it expecting an intricate plot.

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Thought a movie about the Russian avengers featured a fighting bear with a mashine gun on his back would be awesome. Oh how wrong I was. The villain was a baldcel in an obvious musclesuit. The heroes were weak as hell and ended up repeatedly beaten. The bear guy just turned into a normal non-powered bear. That's a cool trick in a bar fight, but in a world with mashine guns and tanks this makes you a big target.

I can only think of two from recent times. #1-Sausage Party. Man, this **** stopped being funny about 10 minutes in. I couldn't believe that someone anywhere thought there was enough to stretch this into a 90 minute movie. Just went nowhere. #2-Valerian and the Thousand Planets blah blah blah. I really think this movie would have been better if they just deleted all the human actors and dialogue. Just leave the sets and the CGI and you have basically a terrific screensaver. They could just play the movie on repeat at Best Buy or whatever to show off their new TVs because it was a beautiful movie, that's for sure. But acting, plot, direction, emotion? Nah. Not at all.

I made it all the way through - barely.

It is only one of two films I have seriously considered walking out of.

The Exorcist II

It was the most incoherent compilation of cinematic garbage I’ve ever seen. That director majorly fukked up given the success of the first film. The third was good though.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

The Irishman

I just couldn't get over the young De Niro cgi face. It really made the movie unwatchable for me. We know what he looked like when he was young, and it's not that.

And the more you think about it, the chittier it gets. If Scorsese is willing to make an animated De Niro instead of casting another actor, does that mean this will be the standard in the future?
