Pretty sure most people here are trolling with the ditch the cat advice. But in case these people aren’t:

1) cats should be spayed/neutered, less you want more kittens and have to let those die or be put down because they have no home.

2) they rely on instinct - they will want to mate and will get aggressive and fight to be able to do that, hence why you need to get it spayed.

3) ive adopted 4 cats, they all have their personalities. They all wait by the door when I come home, wait at the door at the toilet, play with me, one of them even plays chase and hide, want to sleep with me, 2 of them absolutely loves each other but doesn’t get along with others. Basically, a lot of personalities to them.

4) throwing an indoor cat outdoors is like a death sentence, they don’t have the know-how on how to survive out there. Most ferals don’t survive and the ones that do are the ones that learned early how to.

Basically, cats are beautiful and you’re a **** for even thinking about abandoning one.

Also if the cat is blind, no chit its going to attack things. Could you imagine being blind and then someone touching you without realizing? Hell, one of my late dogs went blind and it freaked him out so if you touched him and weren't paying attention he'd get aggressive and try to bite you.

Anyway, drop it at a shelter and save her some misery imo. Dogs are called mans best friend for a SOLID reason. No hate towards a sweet cat but they’re way more rare than a loving dog.
