This as well.

Although housing prices are increasing, it's still affordable to purchase a home (with a partner) in a more rural area. The housing market is in high demand in the largest metropolitan areas, and hasn't changed really all that much.

in most western and european countries being high T = toxic masculinity/Anti feminist and all the other degenerate terms, add to that inactivity/sedentarity, shty oestrogen filled diet, 24/7 exposure to screens = perfect cocktail to not express your natural testosterone potential

Stress plus too much Soy in their cereals. Should be eating eggs everyday, not noodles or any fast food for supper. Insulin resistance causes low testosterone.

Plus more than 73% of American adults are overweight or obese, Canada is not any better either.

'Celebrate the weak' is right. To the left, and thus social media & entertainment industries, weakness is power. It's not about being strong, but about who the biggest victim is.

Watch any form of entertainment from the 40s, 50s, 60s, etc. The stars were strong men. Not just physicaly but well rounded, willing to take risks, had interests, capable.

Then in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s we saw loserhood celebrated. Basically the 'be like Seth Rogen and still get the girl'. Men had nothing to aspire to.

Now SJW culture takes it a step further. The dorky guy is no longer a loser (he's a tech bro, male, straight, and white so the powerful enemy) but instead women and minorities.

We need legitimate heroes in society again. Not trash like Lizzo for the masses to aspire to.

Spot on. Seeking approvals of others or the rest of the tribe is a low T and Beta personality trait. Hard to shed this if it's how you were raised. But eating right, finding things you are good at, building muscle and confidence, developing a unique personality/outlook (it's clear if you spend 10 minutes on a site like Reddit how few people actually have this), gaining life experiences, etc. will have you on the way - and when you make it you barely recognize your old self, but can still sniff out that weakness easily in others.

But when you meet a rare dude who also has his chit together it's great

In addition to everything already mentioned, I think a lack of sunlight has an effect on test levels. From my own personal experience, I feel like my test is higher in the summer when I get a lot of sun exposure, especially on the weekends when I'm out fishing all day in shorts and a tank top. Kids used to spend way more time outdoors compared to now. Just look at people from places that have summer weather all year round like the Caribbean. The people just seem way more fit and healthier in general. And I don't believe taking vitamin D is even close to the same thing as getting it from the sun.

Not really surprising as we go through the generations it's more about what's between your ears and less about how wide your shoulders are.

A smart billionaire can click his fingers and wipe out an entire nation. A high test huge beefy bloke can do what? Win a few pub punch ups.

People saying it's the system going against men, but perhaps the systems are becoming more feminised as men's test lowers across the board.

Bullsh*t doctors purposely make it a pain in the ass to get a prescription. You gotta really have a tanked range. They consider 300 ng/dL as still in range. And then if you're in the 200's they'll "monitor it" because of fluctuations rather than acknowledge you're low. You literally have to be sub 200 to get a prescription unless you're 45+ years old.

its the food, its the plastics, its birthcontrol reaching the water supply, whatever but its fuked up society doesnt seem interested in countering this.
Because society doesn't care about men. We're all evil, toxic, and only serve the purpose of being slaves.

Agreed, though I would say in the 80s/90s, strength was still celebrated. Something happened in the 2000s where it all shifted, and I think it's what kids are exposed to mostly. I grew up watching GJ Joe, Thundercats, Transformers. Kids in the 2000s really didn't have many of those, outside of DBZ, and in the 2010s its all soy programming.

Depends on what you're doing, and where you live. I live away from the city, and I'm still a good 40 minute drive to downtown, with traffic. Again, you can't pick cities that are already large as-is (e.g. Toronto & Vancouver).

Sure but because of computers, internet,... leading to more productivity there is also more stress. Hell now your boss can still mail you on a day off.

Meanwhile the wage of CEO's has skyrocketed in comparison to normal employees...
