Assuming that telling myself to invest in something in particular or telling myself what lottery numbers to pick are out of the question:

1) Start lifting now. Do not wait until you're 19 and miss out on years of looking way better.
2) Don't wuss out when worthwhile girls are DTF. Also, spend more time actually talking to them when you're in college instead of going out and expecting them to talk to you.
3) Try harder to get a 4.0 in college so you can get your professional degree from a more impressive school. Try to be at the top of your class when you're after that professional degree.
4) Borrow as little money as possible for your degrees
5) You might think you really need to take a new job in March 2020. Don't do it. It won't work out, and you'll have to wait until the following January to get a new one.
6) I would give myself a list of family members who ended up dying way earlier than I expected and tell myself to ensure I spend as much time with those people as I can (without torturing my younger self by saying specifically why).

100%

I was surprised at how many people wanted to go to University or go further in education. I think only if you're super interested in a subject and can't study it alone or through books then University would be the way to go. I have a masters from Cornell and two post grad certificates and even working full time through both so I had no student debt it really doesn't seem to matter. Most people get higher jobs from experience (then a college course from years ago doesn't matter) or they have some sort of family or friend connection which gets them the job. I am hotel night manager of two big hotels in my city and own my own business. My own business is WAY WAY more fulfilling and more profitable as long as I can really focus on it.

EDIT: When I was younger I traveled a lot and met lots of people and made great memories. I would never stop doing that because of work etc. Right now I haven't been abroad since January 2017 (Philippines) and have only been on ONE domestic (UK) holiday once since then. So 3 years no travel after already been to Japan (5), China (2), Philippines (2), Oman (2), UAE (4) and Europe a few times.

I have been thinking about you a lot lately, and I would like to share some of my thoughts with with you if you would like to hear them.

I know you were not shown love, or affection. I know you were not provided any development. I know you were abused physically/mentally/emotionally every single day and that you had to watch your brothers and sister endure the same thing. I know everything about you and what you will become to an extent. For this reason, you should listen to me.

You are unbelievably strong. I know you don't feel that way now, but you impress me every day. You will do things that will seem completely unachievable. By the time you accomplish these things, you will still be a young person.I need you to know, life as you understand it is not realistic. There is good in the world, and you are a part of that. You will find happiness and satisfaction. No matter where you go, you will find your place to fit in. You will be amazing. You are amazing and you should be told that. I love you."
