Most of the “teenage” brands carry 00’s. Abercrombie tends to run smaller than most as well. (I think that’s the designer who said he did it cause he didn’t want to see fat people squeezing into his line)

Yeah, all you're going to find at AE anymore is med-high rise jeans. Sucks because they're affordable. They do have 0 and 00 though. Juniors departments work too, you just have to look through a lot of stuff to find stuff that looks like it's for adults and not teens. I have some really cute dresses from Kohls Jrs, would always get compliments on them at work.
