To be fair the only one's I know in person are electrical / electrical engineers, my gramps was one and the guys I know who design chipsets.

Even the lowliest engineer is still going to be smarter than a chew and monster pounding tradie tho so there's that I guess.

But when I was younger and had to take standardized state testing in school, I was always in thr 98-100 percentile. Those scores would also come with IQ estimations, which were actually higher than the 133 i claimed itt.

Iq isn't static and I've lost some points for various reasons.

I also competed in mathematics and was once ranked 247th in the country for my age. Unlikely I can prove that. I used to have a book with my name and all the other people ranked ahead of me, but were talking 20 years ago.

I scored a 32 on the ACT. That was with scoring a 29 in the math using no calculator because I didn't have one, nor did I know the ACT was that day. Got a perfect score on the reading test.

I'm honestly not a big believer in the importance of IQ. Intelligence takes many forms. I am also a horrible student and didn't succeed academically to any level in which I should have.
Interesting, but I think only 1on1 tests administered by trained psychologists actually count and I guess the only reason anyone would do that is if they paid to get into Mensa.
