Not even ‘strol? You must have won the genetic lottery. Even when I cut my calories to 20000 a day I just don’t lose any weight whatsoever. I just get hungrier and more fatigued. I’m beginning to think my thyroid has shut down from intense constant lifting so my body is sort of fighting to reserve every calorie I take in to convert it to fat asap

I don't even know what 'strol is! No, I never took anything- never even used creatine. Just coffee from Dunkin Donuts. That helped get my natural adrenaline flowing... it helps- sometimes too muchThank you for the compliment.. I also trained hard AF too!


You should check out the nutrition sub-forum at the top. They may have some VERY helpful info for you on how to count calories (if you choose to do so) or on correct portion sizes. It's an excellent way to start!
