Coffeyville Kansas. My wife took a pic of 18 deer around our feeder, she said there were 6 others that she couldn't get in the picture. I live about 250 yards from the edge of the city limits.

Would be a cool pet, but imagine the turds. You would need a hell of a litter box and a shovel to clean it.

I'd eat some cat.
We are getting a coyote problem around here, which could be bad for our calves. I'd have no problem dropping one if I see it.

Big cat. Don't have them here, and am kind of ok with that. One animal that doesn't mind looking at people as food occasionally.

Read that the cougar is one of the only animals on Earth that will actively stalk humans as prey. Wish there were more of them around.

That's a gigantic fukkin cougar. Surely when they get that big it's not just the cattle people need to be worried about it attacking.

We used to have them on the east coast of Canada too. They're most likely only out west now.

We have year round permits to kill deer. on our ranch in Fl They eat six figures worth of citrus crops every year. People just don't realize how quickly deer, hog, etc reproduce and the strain it puts on the ecosystem.
I live in Fairfield County, Ct and see turkey and deer in my yar, and I live in a big town. They are treated like Indians treat cows This brings the foxes and coyotes eating peoples mini dogs and both my inlaws got Lymes disease from deer ticks. Literally a few good ol boys with guns could provide population control and food for the elderly.

Hunting to kill animals in my eyes is petty. Basically a pu$$y. The animals dont deserve it, but a lot of people do.

I'd love to be on an island and hunt people whose gene pool needs to be wiped out. I'd be elite at that sport.

Newsflash. The only difference between hunting and those cheeseburgers you scarf down without giving it a second thought is that you had someone kill the animal for you.

That's it and you should be thankful there's people willing to do that or you'd be forced to either have to do it yourself or go without meat altogether.

I don't even hunt and would be pretty squeamish about killing an animal myself. I don't even keep any of the fish I catch. 100% catch and release. I'm just not a self righteous oblivious kunt who's so far removed from nature that I don't understand where all that neatly packaged meat at the supermarket really comes from.

There’s a huge difference between hunting for food and hunting cause you enjoy killing animals

It's weird. I never loved hunting but went with my dad all through childhood because, well, that's what you did.
25 years or so after I got married and quit hunting, my youngest son fell in love with it.
After spending 75$ per deer to process, I said 'screw this' and learned how to skin deer, process & package it, etc.
There's a point in there somewhere where you just become one of the guys that process the cheeseburger meat, I guess. I love the steaks, burger, meatballs, etc. that we get out of it.
