I used mynetdiary when I was cutting. It worked well.

You need to do something with your time instead of rotting. You are becoming worse and you can see that too, the only reason I'm trying to help you is because I was there too as were a lot of people on this forum. Your schedule isn't healthy nor are your life habits and you have to start from somewhere and build confidence in a skill. The internet isn't real life and sooner or later you'll have to go out and deal with that.

I did some pushups lol. It didn't go as I had hoped. 5 sets of 15 got tired. Used to be able to do 55. Feels.

After seeing wincel's posts on the RP section and seeing the posts hes been making here, he is EXACTLY what I would expect a hardcore liberal to act/talk like. A loser that does nothing with his life, stays at home 24/7, out of shape, beta, no future, and attacks those that are out and about living their life. Sound about exactly what I would have expected. You should do it, Wincel. I am a loser in a bad situation in life myself, but I feel much better and am much happier when I exercise or do anything else that I know is good for me. Taking small steps in the right direction is the way forward. There's no way you get real satisfaction and meaning from endlessly trolling the politics section of a gay Indian bodybuilding forum.
