I know girls don't care. This joke thread really rustled some jimmies. When I'm out having drinks and dudes try to talk to me about lifting, I just super seriously tell them I don't lift. The look on their faces is hilarious. I'm not talking about that **** in social settings, gtfo my face.

I think rustling jimmies on the Misc is a decent way to pass time, that's for sure.

I had my buddy's coach who he used to work with 1 on 1 show me how to throw a 1-2 on the mitts, but I definitely can't fight for ****.

there are also dink size requirements for being a male, if you don't have at least 8.7 inches, you're officially a dinklet

One of the easiest ways to tell if someone doesn't fight is if they make the argument "YoU caN't PuNCh bro". Being 2 times stronger than the other guy helps significantly when clinching and grappling.

People that know how to actually fight understand that you don't give them a chance to fight back

"Grappling" doesn't happen

That's why any time you see a trained fighter attack a normal civilian it ends in a few seconds; that tour never started

Lol. Anybody who has actually trained in an MMA school knows EXACTLY what i'm talking about.

Why? Because there are tons of bigger guys who give it a shot, and if they have no prior training, they literally don't know how to punch.

Other way around. Phil Health wouldn't step in there with a trained fighter, period.

Phil Health wouldn't land a single punch on a trained boxer with good defense.

1) Phil is 100% far too slow
2) Phil most likely doesn't know how to throw a punch

600? Breh... the vast majority of untrained men wouldn't even be able to pull 315 off the floor for a single sloppy rep if their lives depended on it.
