I mean dude I’m no boxing expert. It would probably hurt if you punched me in the face. Not sure about your boxing technique, which I would wager is bad if I had to guess. At least you’re exercising, which I admire. Keep up the good work bro

Your straight rights at 6s and 8s looks like you make contact with the wrong part of your fist. You want to strike with the peace knuckles. Your last two right hooks look like your wrist is cocked. You want elbow to knuckles to be a straight line.

Yeh man it feels horrible being this fat. Weirdly I kept working out so I am some sort of weird combo of a fit but obese guy. But overall yes need to get to 200lbs.

Kyokushin vs Boxing
I'm keen
Just knuckle and shoulder rotation seems abit off but it could be the angle of the video, I'm not entirely sure but if you enjoy it mate, then all the best to you. Anything physical that anyone does, I admire.

The reason why you can go for 3 minutes "at this intensity" is because your technique is flawed during the movements; once you get the perfect technique together of making contact at the furthest point, doing hooks on a perfect 90° angle, footwork to step into the punch or pivot with the left hook etc. it will become a lot harder to do this for 3 minutes.
That's why bagwork is a terrible instrument for beginners imo.
The 1's and 2's were ok for a beginner but throw in some slow technique focused shadow boxing to make the movements are performed cleaner; maybe as a warmup; I like that you hold the right hand up when you jab but make sure to stick your right elbow to your rib simultaneously to block any liver punches or left midkicks/ knees coming in.
Your right hooks load up below your chest which not only decreases speed but also leaves you open for a left hook/ ...
Also work on your footwork; obviously I can't comment on that but
- make sure to pivot on your lead/ front foot when you do a hook/ left uppercut/ jab (and put the weight on the rear leg)
- make sure to pivot on your rear foot when you do a right hand straight/ hook/ uppercut (and put the weight on the lead leg)
Always keep yourself in a balanced, stable position because beginners often try to throw powerful punches which throw them off balance which in turn leaves you open for whatever counter will be thrown.
Lastly but most importantly; cut some weight. Not only for boxing but for overall health/ to feel better and to be more athletic.
If you take boxing serious and you'd like to do some strength & conditioning work look into olympic weightlifting; more importantly the power clean, front squat and push press. Combine this with a caloric deficit diet & maybe running once or twice a week and you'll be in better shape than 99% of the misc (srs).
