if you don't have money/own place(no roommates) in your 30's women will just laugh at you

I'm 29. I can't relate. Virtually zero of my friends in their 30s right now are taking losses. All of them are killing it. Whether they're married, single, kids, no kids, making big money, or a very modest salary. All of them are killing it. As in they are and have been continuously growing on a level that is relative to them.

Nothing else and I mean nothing else matters besides moving forward... growing. Becoming more or better than you were a year ago. You do that and you're set I don't care who you are. Buuuut. Not everyone has the guts or the brains to do what's necessary to keep growing. Sometimes to cross that horizon you must undergo deep valleys. Only the strong will survive

30+ is when the decvde really starts to show.

Many get fat, start balding, and give up on taking care of their appearance. Or they aren't successful and become losers.

Others realize that they need to actually try and get in their best shape ever. Peak male strength is early 30s (and now with trt, it doesn't have to drop off for many years). That with better finances and the potential for better confidence and experience are huge pluses.

So it really comes down to which type of person that you are.

This. I **** wayyyyyyyyy more girls at 31 than I could ever dream of in my early 20s but I also did life right, invested in myself in my 20s, and now have a great career which is everything for a man honestly.

Careermaxxx or pay the price of being fuking broke and a total loser in your 30s that gets zero respect from anyone and has no money or time to have fun and enjoy your life.

I prefer men in their 30s who have children already, but that's because no one in their 20s wants a guy in his 30s who has kids.

I looked my best at age 28 and some guys look great in their 30s. It all depends on his genetics and how much sun he gets.

Guys testosterone and sperm count STARTS to drop in their 30s, it doesn't just vanish like a fart in the wind.

It decreases by about 1% each year from around 30. That really isn't a huge fukking deal. Especially if he makes the right physiological choices.

Some Guys have chit genetics and look like oldcels by 30.. Big fukking whoop. They never had epic genetics to begin with. Brad Pitt age 40 was still top tier over 99% of Guys.

Boxers in their 40s have won titles, but you want to tell me it's over by 30? Get fukking real.

People are just nihilistic blackpilled *******s and can't even be objective about the science because optimism to them seems like delusion. Sad!

You say before hitting 30's but are talking about 20's. Good luck with your first wife, most likely. You might get lucky or just accept.

Once a man hits 30 is not much different than the year before. It might take you a lot more years to question gaining wisdom with time.

Tom Brady exists, but it's over if you turn 30, because your sperm count will be a bit lower in 10 years unless you eat more zinc and keep the body fat off

30's have been absolutely incredible for me. I'm 32, soon to be 33.

Every year has been better than the previous. I am very very successful though. I also look 25. All the women I've been hooking up with/dating over the last couple years have all been 25 or younger.

Now the 'downside'. All of my friends have been married/getting married, and having children. Literally ALL of my friends have kids, or are currently pregnant... 3 of my best friends wives are all pregnant. When you have kids, or get married... life seems to change.

I still go out but its more of a chore to find people to go out and get a drink with or do random things with. Only saving grace is that one of my best friends whose wife is pregnant is also one of my business partners and very successful, so she's pretty cool with him doing whatever he wants. But no baby yet, we'll see how that goes when the baby gets here. I just had 2 of my other best friends who were younger (mid 20's) just moved out of the state. Definitely feels like they've all hit that 'next chapter' in life and I'm not ready for that. Or maybe I'm ready for it, but I definitely don't want to be there right now lol. honestly though, couple of them don't seem that happy, like having kid/kids with a girl who is a pain in the ass seems terrible.

I've stayed in rather good shape for my age, I have absolutely no issue finding women in their 20's. I just need to find some more single guy friends I think. Or guys that actually like to/can go out more frequently. I will say all of my friends though have done well professionally/financially, and nobody is struggling in that sense. We can all generally do whatever we want anytime from a fiscal perspective and surrounding myself with people like that was key with growing when I was younger.

My 30's were a train wreck, but my 40's have been much better. A lot of self improvement.

I'll be 49 in a few days and hope I can keep it up through my 50's.

I'm 30 and people mistake me for a college kid all the time especially if I shave. I keep my goatee to show a little age, but still no one ever guesses I'm 30. I'll probably look like this well into my 50s and 60s like that mutant Asian dude that was posted.

29 turning 30.

- Rock hard boners still.
- Doesn't seem any harder to gain or lose muscle.
- Hair has started to thin very marginally towards a mature hairline, still have approx 5 years before I'm there, 10+ before it's bad enough I may need to consider certain hairstyles. Easily disguised with a normal haircut right now. Have made the decision my balls are more important than hairline so going to age naturally rather than fin.
- went back to university after a back injury ended a labour intensive career to cubemaxx, young sloots love me more than ever. Srs.

Moisturise regularly, don't tan heavily, let drinking be a special occasion event rather than an all the time thing, lift and you'll look great.

men who aren't slaying at 20 aren't gonna be slaying at 30+
men who are slaying at 20 are still gonna be slaying at 30+ (assuming the reaper doesn't visit)

why? sexual dimorphism is the number one factor when it comes to dating and those who are slaying in their youth posses as such: height, frame, skull - 3 things which do not decay with age and directly correlated to male attractiveness.

women however can ONLY rely on their COLLAGEN and GLOW to keep them sexually appealing, once that is gone (after 23) - the show is well and truly over.

you can either get on board with it or, well, you can die alone.

miscers in 30s, do you recommend us miscers in late 20s to move to a bigger city if life aint it?

I have my place, ok money, but consider just leaving everything by applying for some universities. I've spent my 20s hustling but working with something i despise. i cant imagine doing it in my 30s as well

The older I get, the less friends and the more my friends become busy with their own family and career

I can't attract any attractive women in their 20s in Latin America or Eastern Europe. No idea if it's xenophobia among them, my age or whatever. Even tried things like using old photos and lowering my age on apps.

But I'm pretty sure if I went back to Philippines most of the women there wouldn't care about my age yet. I think they draw the line at 45 but some will date older.

Are you actually good looking? Do you look young?

See if you're not attractive, doesn't matter.

If you're attractive and 40yr old, going to pull more than an ugly 25 year old...

Thing is, when you're in your thirties you don't want the same life as a twentysomething anyway...

In terms of what changes from my point of view (@37):
-My strength peaked at 31-34. Might be able to hit the same level when the gyms re-open here, but it requires a long stretch with no little niggling injuries which gets harder to come by at 35+
-Your friends will mostly be married/coupled. You won't be out at bars friday and saturday night, and you probably won't want to be.
-career improvement, more money, confidence, etc. Whatever your hobbies are, you'll have achieved greater levels in them too. Generally much happier with lifestyle.
-The idea of dating a girl 25 or under just seems like a massive ball-ache. Plenty attractive ones at other ages, and mostly with more maturity and common interests.
-didn't really notice any effects of aging till early to mid thirties. More greys appear, gym recovery time is longer sometimes, and eating unhealthy food often makes you feel like crap for the rest of the day.

I think in the 30s, men can go one of two ways

Married, settled and raising a family
Single (either slayer lifestyle or celibate/incel)

If you stay single, you will find your social circle shrink somewhat as friends go their own way. Also. guys with wives and kids tend to form new friendships through their family life (eg. making friends with parents of your kids schoolfriends). But you also have the freedom and lack of responsibility and financial worries. So there are pros and cons.

Physically, my 30s have been better than 20s. I have overall been bigger and stronger in my 30s with more energy and drive to work out hard. Sure, recovery takes longer now, but the power, drive and energy are still high.

Going grey with a slightly recent hairline, but I see that as inevitable aging. It doesn't actually mean chit.

You should ideally be earning more in your 30s and have better job prospects, regardless of marital status.
Cook the man some eggs!

This.

IF you make ok money and stay in just decent shape you will be better off in your 30s.

In this country men dont seem to want to do that though.

Didn't read most of the thread. But I'm here to tell you people that you focus WAY TOO MUCH on random numbers (age and height) that don't tell the whole story!!! If you looked good when you were young and you have taken care of yourself throughout the years, then that usually carries over well into your 30's and 40's... You people, for some weird reason, are obsessed with things that don't hold true in reality.

But then again, everyone's reality is different.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

I'm 31, in a graduate program in the medical field with 35 other people, half of which are guys, and I'm the second oldest of the group but probably in the best shape srs. Most people think I'm mid 20's. There's so much that is in your control and can help you age gracefully. Some things you can't control for, like hair loss, height, IQ, but there's still so many things you can (training and nutrition specifically, but many other things as well). Sleep has been one thing I've noticed to be the biggest difference for me now compared to 10 years ago. I can't sleep less than 6 hours a night multiple nights in a row or I will be relatively useless and more likely to get sick or injured training. Having a consistent sleep/wake cycle to maintain your circadian rhythm is SERIOUSLY undervalued for physical and psychological health.

Also, "getting women" should not be the driving force behind your behavior. It should be a convenient side effect of taking care of yourself and trying to age well.
