We get that all time. That is main argument against guns here in America because all these people just see the violence on tv and then say "I don't have a gun and we have no crime by me so why would you need a gun?! All these crazies just use it to kill people!"

The media with never show you the amount of times it has saved lives from people attacking them, home robberies, thefts, etc. Then you also have to think about farmers and homesteaders. Guns are necessary. Also most CRIME is from individuals that have obtained guns ILLEGALLY.
