Most shooters and killers are black though and I put some of them into an unacknowledged serial killer category.

I will bet that a lot of the mass overdoses in cities are caused by black serial killers who poison drug supplies on purpose. That coupled with all of the murders in ghetto areas.

My bet is there's some that aren't just trying to get "a dollar" but are out to murder people for fun.
