Not sure if I have to add anything else girls think is impressive that hasn't been mentioned yet, but cliches include:
-"I like pineapple on pizza"
-"I pour my milk before my cereal"
-"Looking for the Jim to my Pam"
-"Traveled to XX many countries"
-"I love my heels, so if you're under 6 feet, swipe left. (Height: 5'4")
To be fair, I think guys' profiles are just as basic. Too many basic people breeding basic people and perpetuating the cycle of basicness.

Men want an attractive, feminine woman. Preferably one that can cook, clean, do laundry, and raise kids without b!tching and moaning about it.
I think a lot of it is just feminism becoming wide-spread and cope. High-schools and colleges have pushed education and careers on females so much they've been led to believe that's what men value in women. The only thing men with their finances in order generally care about is physical attractiveness. And following that the ability/willingness to cook/clean/tend a home.
I'm from the deep south but when I was a kid it was pretty much a given if an older dude got divorced his next option was going to be a female about 15-20 years younger. Dudes in their 20s-30s typically went for girls that were 14-20 years old and dudes in their 40s onward went for girls in their 20s. The wives of their friends/family were always super jealous/catty about it. But generally it was accepted dudes were highly likely to replace their former wife with a much younger/better looking female.

Also please remember that 99% of young females are incapable of individual thought, and would rather die than post something potentially socially unacceptable so just recycle whatever bland, boring cliches they've been told are funny or cute by social media.

The sad thing is, no matter how lame or basic all of these are, 99.99% of dudes still swipe right. So it doesnt even matter.

Strangely enough irl I know a lot of high earning men married to high earning women. Lots of doctor/lawyer couples.
Where I grew up between farming/commercial fisheries/oilfield/construction its possible for a guy to never to go to college and make six figures working for someone else. Someone who starts his own company in those industries can make a lot more. And its a low cost of living area.

Despite my thread topic, I'd far prefer that people put their personality front and centre, like this guy. If a girl thinks her yoga pose is impressive, great, put it up. It makes for easy filtering.
On topic:
When they say "and yes" before something completely mundane that nobody asked:
* Work in admin, and yes, I'm a dog mom
* Enjoy my food, and yes, I crossfit
* Lifts heavy things, and yes, I can out eat you
