Indeed.We indicated to the school in writing that we feel it is inappropriate for our child to be taught anything related to human sexuality by teachers instead of us, especially at 5 years old. We advised that she is in school to learn reading, writing, arithmetic and socialization, NOT to learn about sexuality, birds and bees, etc. We requested to be advised when any such things would be incorporated into the learning schedule and requested the opportunity to review any and all material ahead of time related to such, so that we could have an opportunity to review, as we feel it is best to have my wife and I introduce these topics to our child when we fell it to be appropriate based on her growth and maturity.

We received no response from the school or the Board of Education, we did however have a call from child services approximately 2 weeks later advising us that we have been scheduled for a mandatory interview (each of us separately, not our child) to determine whether our child is receiving the proper support at home to allow for her thrive.

A lot of bullsh*t questions about whether or not we regularly discuss with our child the challenges that face LGBT families, whether or not we speak of others in a way that separates us or "puts us above others" in the house, questions of whether we have alternative lifestyle friends to show our child it is normal and healthy, blah blah ****in blah.

Nothing was done about it, but obviously they have some sort of record of this bullsh*t. My wife indicated that she is religious and while she does not want to discourage anyone's lifestyle, she also does not want to promote it to our child.

Our child has been home now for a year during this covid situation, when she is back in school, she will call in sick on those days (we have a personal friend working at the school who will give us a heads up whenever she can).

I remember my little brothers watching it years back. It was an innocent show, very calm and soothing, no loud bullchit or bad behavior. It was a good program for kids, and now it’s been ruined. Fukking feels bad man.

We also have a family friend who worked for TD Bank, she was let go because during pride month 2 years ago, one of the little ****s who works at her branch went to everyone's desk and put a rainbow flag on it. She removed the flag as she does not support LGBT (again, for religious reasons, she doesn't hate anyone, she just doesn't support it). She was promptly let go for discrimination. She is currently fighting it legally.

She is a 50 something year old woman who does not have a bad word to say about anyone. Ridiculous.

No amount of agenda pushing will make something thats as unnatural as homosexuality be viewed as normal by the majority of people. Theres something biological that makes us distance ourselves from those people.
