There's a special type of pathetic when it comes to the USA specifically. Land of gluttony and prosperity. Human beings can't handle that schit. We're slaves to dopamine spikes. Not too far behind is Australia, dead fkn srs. In all my travels, I've found that your average Aussie was nearly equally as fat and equally as entitled, arrogant, and obnoxious. England not too far behind. Canada hanging on by a macaroni and maple syrup thread.

It's over for human beings. We've been circling the drain for a long time.

It is. Plus-sized healthy strong female models have told me that we are all healthy at every size. They're just big-boned.

The global obesity epidemic has necessitated the search for better intervention strategies including the exploitation of the health benefits of some gut microbiota and their metabolic products.

High-fat/carbohydrate diet programmes the gut microbiota to one predominated by Firmicutes (Clostridium), Prevotella and Methanobrevibacter but deficient in beneficial genera/species such as Bacteroides, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Akkermansia. Altered gut microbiota is associated with decreased expression of SCFA that maintain intestinal epithelial barrier integrity, reduce bacterial translocation and inflammation and increase expression of hunger-suppressing hormones. Reduced amounts of beneficial micro-organisms also inhibit fasting-induced adipocyte factor expression leading to dyslipidaemia. A low-grade chronic inflammation (metabolic endotoxaemia) ensues which culminates in obesity and its co-morbidities. The synergy of high-fat diet and dysbiotic gut microbiota initiates a recipe that epigenetically programmes the host for increased adiposity and poor glycaemic control. Interestingly, these obesogenic mechanistic pathways that are transmittable from one generation to another can be modulated through the administration of probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics. Though the influence of gut microbiota on the risk of obesity and several intervention strategies have been extensively demonstrated in animal models, application in humans still requires further robust investigation.

Salt and artificial sweeteners also mess up the gut microbiota

Lol naw. I was just playing to make you think that im mad.

Honestly, we actually dont rely on BMI to treat patients since we all know it doesnt measure anything specific.

A1c, LDL, TG, BP, BG, na/k level etc would be more reliable in determining ones health if theyre overweight.

CrCl or anion gap can also be measured in some severe cases.

That being said, you are a condescending €unt probably with an inferiority issues or had been sexually abused by your parents. Ive seen many cases while i worked as a clinical researcher. You should probably need to get help.

I will enjoy my life making 6 figure salary working 3-4 days a week as, based on your claim, an incompetent and illiterate pharmacist who shouldnt be handling medications. Imagine a society where someone like me could live a far better life than you LOL.
Trust me, I am a pharmacist.

They way we consume in first world countries, its game over. Its simply too many calories on a daily basis. Within 10 years the number will be 90%. It will have to be a conscious choice to be healthy, which is the current percent 10%.

Another factor for the "I dont see 78% of the population as fat" is that the real deal fatties dont go out in public. Resources are delivered as they bloatmaxx hard in their beds. As we type there are hundreds of thousands of 300+ pounders living barely human existence's....some of them breed, think about that.
