We have an illusion of choice in this country brah.

In my area, it's nearly impossible for an average joe, or even a successful person, to run for office. Heck, the Republican party here doesn't even have primaries where all registered Republicans can vote. They have delegates that decide.

We have crony capitalism in this country, where politicians allow monopolies to exist, stifle competition through asinine laws, enforce gatekeeper regulations(FCC is one of the worst offenders), give select companies handouts(mainly banks), and various other things.

Let's not act like the corporations here are not to blame as well. Blaming the nature of corporations is living in an idealistic world where people are not responsible for their actions but a victim of their environment. That's no better than liberal philosophies. While it's not their job ensure fair competition, bribing politicians or lobbying for unfair competition in the name of their own profit should never be acceptable behavior, yet it goes on frequently in the name of "capitalism".
True capitalism has and never will happen. It's the exact same thing as "true communism". I used to be really into libertarianism and its just impossible.

dont assume my voting, but living in such a gullible state my vote is only a drop in a big ass bucket of ****. I do my own research on props and candidates because no one else will do it for me and if I believed every political commercial then I would be no better then most of the voters in CA
