Hypothetically? If you had such overwhelming evidence it couldn't be denied or shoo-shooed away? The remedy would be impeachment and removal. No matter how dirty the election might have been, the constitutional requirements were met, and he's the President, so if the country wanted to give him the boot for cheating without waiting for the next election, impeachment is the only way.
