Being clean/having good personal hygiene.
With my job I'm in and out of peoples homes/apartments all the time. A lot of otherwise attractive females are just disgusting creatures. Some of the things I've witnessed with chicks that are extremely attractive and dress/look nice when they are out in public.
-Dirty/sweaty clothes scattered around the floor for so long the room has an odor.
-Dog/cat crap or piss on the floor that they never bothered cleaning up. Place smells like schit. Literally. I have no doubt if I'd take a dump in the corner they'd probably wait days or longer to bother cleaning it.
-Floor never vacuumed/mopped and in and out wearing shoes. Dirt, crime, small pebbles, dust, etc. scattered around floor.
-Sink full of dirty dishes. Trash can overflowing and bags of trash lying around the floor. Place smells like a dumpster.
-Bloody pad that missed the bathroom trash can lying on the floor for extended amount of time. Toilet that has obviously never been clean full of schit stains.
I could go on and on but those come to mind ^. Before I date a girl I need to see what the interior of her car and home looks and smells like.
