Ignorance is bliss. It's all about not taking the redpill. Unfortunately a lot of people who use forums like misc and Reddit probably took it sometime in the last several years.

sun exposure (being outdoors)
vitamin D levels
preferably some kind of sun-exposure form of exercise.... (biking, hiking, running, all in the sun)
any other "thing" is just going to be a dead end for u.
Look at tradies.... Sun all day, and feeling obscene levels of euphoria over a losing scratch-off ticket and a monster.

no clue, but just lmao if you aren't eating a diet rich in selenium and omega fatty acids
the former because the brain is essentially a biological computer built on electrical signals, and selenium is a primary component of traditional semiconductor technology, so it could be theorized its necessary for psychological balance
the latter because the brain is primarily made up of fats, so it needs a constant influx of these essential fatty acids to conduct electrical signals optimally

Nothing else matters, you can get fired, car breaks down, etc etc..... still happy because you had a couple hours poolside a few days the previous week.

Focus on positive things and remove negative influences. News, politics, and social media all use fear, uncertainty and doubt to maximize ad revenue. Cutting those out can be a big help.

It's people who don't give a fuk. Some already have tons of money, others have found a way to manipulate their way through life.
The feeling of freedom. It's a good thing. I typically start feeling this way at like day 8-10 of a vacation. Most Americans never travel long enough to experience it.

family values
stable, normal, crime-free society
relative status
fitness
charity
moral integrity
prayer/meditation/natural grounding
socioeconomic health
service to a higher order, first, and pleasure as a consequence (The opposite of kicking back with a brew, binging on dopamine indulgences, false macho b.s. posturing or scamming opportunistically. This involves serving a purpose, taking relief from order, pleasure naturally without overindulgence, and genuine status grounded in social integrity.)
Most people seem so deeply the opposite of this they might as well be locked up away from society in a tradie wasteland.

Shakespeare said it best "life is but a walking shadow, a poor player who struts and frets his hour upon the stage and is heard no more"
whenever i start to feel unhappy/stressed i remember that line and it always relaxes me. accepting the absurdity of life is key to being happy

Even if it's real then can they possibly experience true happiness? If that's your default setting then when something worth being happy about comes along it's the same feeling as everything else. It would be impossible to appreciate

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Like yeah you can probably bang lots of chicks and be feared and respected by living life a certain way, but guarantee you that you will be miserable and alone when you're older.
You basically have to look at your self as a part of the whole, so you eventually learn to be happy with what you've been given and get on with just living life.

Nobody is happy all the time, and to seek out such a result, or to think it's even possible, is a good indicator of why so many people are discontented in the first place - seeking things which are inherently not possible. If you were "always happy" that would become the default / baseline starting point, so how would you feel REAL happiness if you were already always happy?
