I saw this on the news the other day and I thought to myself how stupid Cuban people must be not to have overthrown their government long ago. It's not about ideology, political system, it's not about Covid or any other reason people think it might be about, it's about what's best for you as a person, citizen and a human being.

You are literally an Island of 10m people and guess who your neighbor is? That's right, you guessed it, It's United States. A superpower with a rich 300m population and you're a poor Caribbean Island with beautiful climate, fine women and you're literally next door, hours away from mainland. What is the point of resisting U.S.? If you accept Democracy and U.S. as an ally tomorrow, you literally win at life tomorrow. Millions of tourists, endless wealth, you can become the next Hawaii, but with more flavor, history.
The opportunity for investment is beyond measurable, it just baffles me. People are fighting unwinnable fight and for what? Some stupid ideology lol. Cringe.
