I use the Chinese method myself. It just feels more natural to do a push press, fall under the weight and then drive back up.

i saw a documentary on chinese kids in olympic gymnastics camp. work is hard and they see their parents for a few hours on the weekends. they look well treated, but live a tough life. but then i think, if they lived back home with their parents on the farm, they'll live a far chittier life.
