There's nothing worse than loud neighbours. That said, there's things that are somewhat acceptable and there's ways to deal with problems as well. It's gonna be hard to control your dogs and it's unreasonable to expect you to give them up. It's also really ****gy to bang the ceiling and complain to the building admin instead of just confronting you. I'd be pissed off too if you were my upstairs neighbour but I'd first just knock on your door and if you'd give a reasonable explanation and the dogs aren't just running around making noise all fukkin day I'll end up just accepting it.
With all that said. You're a terrible person for having two reasonably large dogs locked up inside an apartment building. If you don't have a good place to accomodate your animals so they have a good living space it's borderline animal abuse.

You could put mats down where they jump down and where they run. I suspect the dogs are a lot louder than you realize. Going to war over it is silly and not worth anyone's time.
