I don't have a problem with panicels wearing masks if they want to. They have the right to wear one just as I have a right to cringe. What I have a problem with now is states starting to issue masking mandates yet again. I know what the libs in here will say, "this isn't hard bro - it's a fking mask. Just do it and stfu". Well, here's why I have such a big problem with this whole debacle at this point:

1. The inconsistency/constant moving of goalposts is atrocious. Mind you, libtards, I am vaccinated and was one of the first people who did so because I live with vulnerable family members for now and had a previous illness that could make COVID lethal for me if god forbid that disease came back. That said, the liberal media first was skeptical of the Warp Speed vaccine and how effective it would be because it was under Don's regime. Then, once Biden won, suddenly the vaccine gets approved and claims are made that it's 95% effective in preventing COVID. Now, the guidance has changed yet again and it's suddenly, "the vaccine won't PREVENT COVID, it just makes the cases less severe". I don't understand how people can't see how nonsensical this inconsistency is yet are mindlessly chanting the "follow the science mantra". Like please explain to me how this sequence of events makes any sense.

2. We're becoming the proverbial "frog in a boiling pot" as a nation if we keep letting chit like this happen. Yes, I agree that masking isn't that big of a deal outside of when I'm in the gym ("I can't breathe", as the libs like to quote), but it's these small changes that they'll keep incrementally pushing on us that are ironically the bigger deal than the radical ones. There'll be immediate pushback to radical shifts right away, but it's these small little chit tests with masks, etc. they'll keep mandating that will inevitably lead to the complete loss of freedom. Saying "it's not a big deal" or "it doesn't effect you that much, so stfu", is short-sighted and missing the bigger picture of what's going on.

I would not honestly be shocked if we go through another round of lockdowns soon. This is not trending in the right direction and if we let this new "delta variant" be the new scare that causes us to regress back to 2020-levels of restriction again, I guarantee the government and their cronies will keep finding greek letters to control us as they see fit.
