Mitigating actions DO work......even if wearing a mask prevents your chances by 1.3% its still worth wearing in public places when around people you're not normally around.
Even if zinc/c/mag gives your immune system a 15% boost, its worth the money.
Even if you use hand sanitizer often, clean your workspace every morning, and it yields an extra 2% less chance to get it......
If having food and groceries delivered and working from home decreases chances by 15%.......

Actually, bases on number we have... no. It's EXTREMELY unlikely he would have died. Still gotten Covid? Sure. Most likely really mild. In the off.chance he ended up in the hospital the likelihood of him ending up in ICU or drying are miniscule.

Covid breakthroughs are legit running through nursing homes with 70 y/o + people but because they're all vaccinated, most are asymptomatic and don't warrant even a hospital stay.

He also didn't have pre existing lung disease, as far as I can tell. The fibrosis they're referring to was the result of severe lung inflammation from covid.

No one's free of fault here. Yes he ****ed up by refusing a medical option that most likely would have saved his life (but who knows, possibly wouldn't have). But these articles and media coverage in general is just beyond ****ed up.

Viruses don't have the same affect across species. Coronaviruses especially are species specific, that's why you don't see cats and dogs getting covid.

If your over 40 you should consider the vaccine otherwise its a waste of time, the risk of death is something like 1 in 100,000 and gets lower the younger you are.

The last time i looked on the CDC data the death rates were worse for seasonal flu than for covid for minors.
