There's so many bad therapists out there....

I saw one at the VA that talked my ear off. I was just being polite since he was doing the talking to see how far he'd go. I already knew he couldn't get the script I wanted (ket). I got his whole life story out of it. I smiled and nodded. He eventually signed me off saying I clearly needed no help and there were plenty of other veteran's that need to see him. I agreed, left, and immediately booked another appt and explained the situation to another psych. Unfortunately, only a few VA facilities were doing the ket spray, mine wasn't one of them?

Yea that’s real nice. Blame the victim. Engage in the exact same toxic mindset that you absolute hate when men do with you. Unbelievable.
Almost posted something about toxic masculinity in response to TomWanks's post but cbf on mobile.

Rustles me so much when men are having a rough go with things, and then somebody says, "oh it's just because of toxic masculinity, you should really..." I'll see "toxic masculinity" often used as an excuse for toxic dating standards that women may have. How does the responsibility always fall on us?

That stat gives you no information on efficacy of therapy unless you have controlled comparison stats for non suicidal cases.
I agree that too many miscers ITT are going "see? Therapy is useless," but I don't see anything wrong with the OP; this does cut against the usual narrative that men kill themselves because they don't seek therapy, and therapy is not necessarily a miracle cure.

Winrar.

We have a low testosterone epidemic but because of the stigma caused by America's obsession with "cheating in sports", it is incredibly taboo and despite being naturally produced by the body, it has been grouped with street drugs.

Unless you're going to $800+ month money-grab clinics, or have stupid low levels, doctors don't want to touch it with a ten foot pole.

Nobody cares though because it's a problem faced by mostly middle-aged men.

Meanwhile, they'll pump 12 year old girls with mental issues full of vitamin t.

It's fooking pathetic.

TLDR; Fuk this ghey earth.

Tragic. I am so sorry to hear this. I'm not sure what to say either, but you're on my mind and I hope you and your family heal.

People seem to think men like to just talk like a lot of women do and think it'll make us feel better. It doesn't, our mood improve when we see positive changes and progression in life. A lot of guys that are down that dark path see a future that they are lonely with no one to help and they'll just work until they drop dead. That is not a fun way to picture the next 30/40 years of your life. At this point suicide is already strongly in the back of their head and all it takes is one incident and they will do it.

Therapy helps with depression or stress. It will not help everyone who is suicidal. Talking doesnt do much, they need a clear path of progression to getting better.

"Talk about your feelings" is a trap. Not only is it damaging to one's reputation to air their dirty laundry and expose their weaknesses, it's also giving enemies information they'll gladly use against you.
MOST people saying "Men need to express themselves more" just want people to give them firepower to get them cancelled. It's more insidious than empathetic.

I've noticed that it's a big issue with parentheses. Swapping em out for square or curly brackets usually helps. Dunno if any symbols also cause issues.

Facts

Most therapists are trash anyway, esp one sex trying to "treat" the opposite ffs

Glad you posted this, and correct me if I didn't interpret this right.
Men have more advantageous than women across all of history and a plurality of cultures. Anyone arguing that it's not the case is a cuck
