Some of you guys sure peaked early.
ITT people who's physical PEAK was 17, and then it was all downhill, I hadn't even finished growing at that age.
I don't know why so many guys just give up by their late 20s, but then again I bet they don't know why I didn't even start until that age so all fair I guess.

Probably 21. Surprised to see so many larger numbers ITT. Stress and time building a career really took me down after college. Feel like that less time dedicated to lifting and sports along with natural aging effects really let chitty eating and alcohol consumption hit me.

This may sound like cope, but in some ways I am in the best shape now...in terms of overall muscle mass/strength and cardio. I have a solid physique with low bf.
I am 39 now.

18-19. Jr hockey career ended due to multiple concussions. Although I never stopped lifting, my diet was crap, and I partied way too much. Still trying to get back to that level of fitness 15 years later

Used to be 5’9 240. Ran to lose all the weight. Got skinny fat twink mode(regret this) then just kept running. No lifting. Then I kept feeling like less of a man since I was twink mode. Started lifting and feel 100x better. Look better too Obv.
Fortunate to have good arm genetics though so I look like I lift more than I actually do

Probably now, could walk out the door and bust out a half marathon no problem. Still relatively strong for an old guy. If I dropped another 10 lbs I’d look pretty good IMO.

If you’re referring to complete health (not just visually in shape) I’d say around 21 or so I was very into powerlifting and boxing so I had strength and cardiovascular health. However I was 135lbs so twinkville all the way lol

My AVI 2 years ago
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Last year at 33 at the end of a cut was my best combo of size and leanness. Right now I'm bigger and quite a bit stronger but not as lean. It's been a very stressful year so I've focused more on what I enjoy (getting stronger) than maintaining aesthetics. With smarter training and more/better food I have fewer nagging aches and pains now than I did then, so I take the W's with the L's.

I wasn't ripped but i was lean with good muscle mass without even worrying about being lean.
fasforward to late 30's/early 40's, divorced fat AF.
my pics are in my bodyspace.
I got just as lean as my 20's but lol at how much muscle mass i lost brcause i had to get 10lbs lighter to achieve it.
honestly wasn't even that hard once i educated myself on calorie counting.
just took time.
my body was fine with it.
now i'm approaching 50 and grinding back down and fuk me it's hard.
my knee and shoulder were hurting like hell the last few months and just now getting better.
getting back into cardio was bad enough then my knee got f'd up.
switched to biking but then it aggravated my shoulder injury. lol
on the plus side i should have a little more muscle and it's easier to control calorie intake when i want to.
