I'm too entrenched in the iphone system. And it just works - I updated to iOS 15 last night. I don't think my phone has rebooted in over 2 months prior to that.

Why do you cux care so much about a damn phone? I have an iPhone because they work better IME and they retain their value better when I want to upgrade, which is rarely. I also think Apple is less ****ty about privacy than Gaygle is, so I try to vote with my wallet in that way.
Here's the simple answer:
1. If you want to have more "freedom", be able to customize things more, or want cheaper phone options, go with Android
2. If you want something that works pretty much right out of the box and is intuitive for everyday use (photos, calls, texting), get an iPhone
It's really not that hard.

Might just wait for the new Note at this point since I've been using it for the past decade and haven't had any issues. Someone brought up the open source apps that I can download on Android and I forgot about that for a minute as well.

Aren't you a girl. The Samsung Z flip 3 has an okay camera but not the greatest out there. However it has that portability with the flipping screen which seems to be very popular with women. There's also a cover touch screen display that lets you check notifications, music controls, widgets and can also be a viewfinder when you want to snap a selfie. Pretty neat.

Other than that everything about Iphones are straight cringe. Everything is locked down and Vanilla, there is also very limited customizations you can do with an Iphone. All around it is great for someone that knows absolutely nothing about technology like a "Special Adult", Small Children, or Senior Citizens that are getting a smart phone for the first time. Apple is Over Priced, Over Hyped, Obsolete Hardware, and Shoddy Build Quality designed to break constantly in order to milk screen/glass replacements at Iphone stores from their Isheep customers. Not to mention their software updates are made to intentionally handicap performance on older models in order to force Isheep to upgrade to the "Lastest and Greatest Isheep Gimmick"Have been using Android for as long as I can remember.. since the first Note 1. I'm on the Note 10+ right now.
New Apple iphone 13 just came out and thinking of switching since it's only $100 to upgrade my phone to the pro max.
Pros/cons of apple vs android? Any ragrets from folks who switched? I like the customizations I can do on my Note, but it's not the biggest deal at the end of the day since it's all just cosmetic. I use my phone a lot for work (emails, calls, teams meetings sometimes) so that's priority.

Come on apple its 2021 and you are still requiring Syncs to Itunes.....Clown World.

Hi wutevs (:
I have an iPhone and I’m currently considering switching to android. I work in IT (if you don’t remember) and I can’t stand Apple’s locked down BS. Android doesn’t seem all that much better, but if I can customize it and keep it simple/clean, it might meet my needs.
iMessage is a dope replacement for SMS, but it’s proprietary and therefore dogchit.

Apps like ******** are superior, anyway, and I only have to SMS with a few people anyway (I'm degoogling my phone so I removed Google messages).
On Android, if there's bloatware you can't easily remove, you can do it with ADB and plug your phone into a computer.

Android has better hardware
Apple has better UI and better optimized apps since most developers create apps for IOS
if you care about camera, battery, sound output, performance = Android
if you want a phone to perform well on the group of apps you use all the time. and have friends = iPhone

Used android at work , it was provided. As soon as I got laid off I bought another iPhone .
I prefer iPads and like the way everything intergrates ,including my Apple Watch .
I’m very used to the look of favourites with apple , and didn’t like how your favourites worked with my android phone .
I find the image quality is superior with Apple also . I found android hdr makes everything that’s dark look far too dark , as well , I have a harder time reading the text on a Samsung display
