If your wife thinks it's disrespectful for you to hang a half-naked woman in the house, I wouldn't do it. If you expect her to show a certain respect to you, then it only makes sense that you would show that same respect.

Seriously, you let your wife limit you to 1 room in your house and then have to ask her permission for what you're allowed to put in there? Do you have no spine?

Challenger her authority before it's too late and pick out a cool canvas picture of mountains or something classy and then go and hang it up somewhere in YOUR house and see what she says. If she's going to divorce you for allowing her to control you then it might as well be now.

I've never let a women tell me what I can or cannot do and don't understand how "men" allow their gf/wife/etc have a say in what they do SRS. Why would a man wanting to put a picture (not that poster because we all agree it's dumb) up in his own house be looking for a fight?

Maybe you like having no control over your own household but it's not very manly to be that way. You should not be afraid to suggest something in your own house, man or woman. But today men are terrified to do that and it's seen as "looking for fights" with the women who is supposed to be your partner and respect you.

Should he also not care about his wife barking orders at him and "go do something men like to do'?

It's not exactly a fair partnership if the wife gets everything she wants and he gets nothing in his own house.
