Karma exists but not the way people think it does.

This is Karma:
You jumped into a bear cage and started poking a bear, karma dictates that you will now be eaten by a bear.

This is Karma:
You were doing drugs, and you got arrested and you went to jail and you have a felony and you can't get a job and you're homeless

This is Karma:
You refuse to rake up your leaves in the front yard and you refuse to stop throwing cigarette buts out in your front yard and your houses catches on fire.

This is not Karma:
You kick a dog in the street, 3 months later, in a different country, surrounded by new friends, the dog gets loose at a cookout and knocks your beer over and spills it on you.

This is not karma:
You wipe a booger on the seat of a bus. 8 hours later that night, you open a can of coke and it explodes because your kid shook it up as a prank.

I like your examples but the world is a bit more weird than you think it is. Pay attention to your surroundings, you'll see what I mean in a few years.

I'm 35 years old bro, I'm not saying i'm the wisest chief in the tribe but I'm not exactly new to all this either.

I like working out, karma dictates that i'm healthy, i survived covid, i think it's bogus, it goes all down the line.

thanks to "karma", picking up a weight when i was 18 steered my entire life in a certain direction through the pandemic.

It wasn't because I was owed life by gaia the great sentient literal being who blessed me with good fortune as thanks for my good deeds or some garbage.
