I personally believe a little jealousy is healthy in this situation. My GF knows if she doesn't go to the gym with me I'll be surrounded by sexy fit chicks that are barely dressed. She assumes I'll talk to them/flirt with them. I'll typically respond with a "Don't worry what you don't know won't hurt you." Or a "Of course I won't do anything too crazy. You know out of all these girls I'd only risk it for ____." (Typically one of the sexier ones that's always around). Or if she gets busy and can't make it to the gym a few days in a row "You'd better pick it up. ____ has been looking pretty good these past few days."


Women thrive off of competition with other women and knowing they can be replaced. As soon as that factor is gone they either let themselves go and get fat or begin losing attraction in the male they are with.
