Video game emulators destroyed the need to ever buy old games again

Brb I want to play PS1 legends of legaia or star ocean …brb I want to play N64 Mario or Zelda

Can play all the games through the same controller without having to switch just change emulators and this is all done on a PC with Bluetooth PS4 controller that’s already wireless just has to be synced and charged.
