Googled "burning man STD whores" and didn't get many images. Feel like I'm being lied to by OP about this being an vent full of turbo sloots worshipping a dark entity.

You really wouldn't smell bad after a couple days out there.
Dry shampoo, cycle on Driclor deodorant for a week before you go and you literally won't be able to sweat under your arms. Big bottles of water and soap to wash with. Tons of extra deodorant and body spray. Loads of wet wipes. Toothpaste and mouthwash.
Then take asprin, ibuprofen, something to stop you getting the chits, and order antibiotic pills from inhousepharmacy and take one after the last sloot you smash raw. I self medicated against STI's for years srs, last time I got checked out I had a clean bill of health.
