Millenials can't move up in jobs either because the boomers have all of the higher positions so we're all just kind of stuck at the bottom doing the work for them

Huh? How did any generation ever get a job if this were true? This disregards anything relevant to their circumstance and fails to make any argument. Can you give us a comparison of what makes these generations unique and a failure? Cause and affect?
