It's a first meet from online dating. I prefer low key and casual for a first meet. I've often met guys at a coffee shop whether that's Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts or another type of coffee shop. I don't think her suggesting to meet for a coffee is anything to freak out over. You can also say no thanks if you're not interested in what they suggested without acting like a spazz.
