Its an ice breaker at the gym, but not much more. Some randoms on the street even complimented my arms. But then they disappear never to be seen again.

I am pretty bad at socializing and was always introverted growing up. Trying to learn to be extroverted during later years is tough

Can't tell you how many times i've been flaked on inviting other coworkers to go paintballing, snowboarding, or play some basketball after work.
