I should consider getting an instapot/pressure cooker.

Spend a few bucks on a rack that fits in it abnd its even better than just putting it on the bottom.
I love mine and use it daily. Made drumsticks in it last night, tasty and super cheap.

i tried air fryer years ago and did not find the result as good as deep frying.
have they improved a lot?
Can i cook raw uncooked wings in them and they turn out as crispy as deep fried wings?
what about fried chicken dredged in breading?
what about sirloin steak? ..can it get as deep brown as on a cast iron pan?
I am not asking about frozen foods as they are already partially cooked but uncooked raw foods.
deep frying creates lot of smoke in the house, so looking into alternate solutions.

Agreed, although it has made me lazy af to make rice or beans. Chicken, beef and everything else comes out amazing, no longer do I have to go to Whataburger when I can make my own version of the Honey BBQ Chicken strip
also reheating pizza, comes out crunchy and delicious
