“My truth”. Seems innocent enough, but it is an assault on the principles of objectivity, reality, and The Truth.

“This” usually the caption for some cringe picture of a ******* initiative to have drag queens perform in NICUs or some ****
“Thank you for coming to my Ted talk”
Marketplace of ideas
“Trans women are women”
“Clapback”
Boss or badass when used to describe a woman
Snowflake (if you still use this term to describe the ****gy left it just sounds like you’re stuck in 2015)
Cancel culture (also sounds like your stuck in 2015. We get it cancel culture sucks we don’t need a 200th ****ing podcast episode on it with some anti woke liberal twink who ultimately wants the exact same thing as the leftist *******s just at a 25% slower pace)

Oh I’m sorry, “measures”? Sounds retarded. Metrics is a very specific word with a specific use, the fact that you equate it with “trying to sound intelligent” is an indicator of sub 60 IQ.

Real annoying phrases:

“Victim blaming” - of course victims should take some blame in some cases you dumb fk, that’s how we learn and shame society into not doing those things.

Anything that ends with “phobia”, transphobia, homophobia - no, disgust and dislike does not equal fear you moron.

“Rape culture” - wtf. Do you even know what “culture” means? A culture would indicate its rampant and generally accepted and normalised by society, retards. This word was invented by far Lesbos’ who were jealous of the cheerleaders and the cheerleaders hanged on to it when they regret sleeping with someone and figured it was an out.

“Misogyny” - just because 99% of the people that use this word doesn’t even know what it means. They equate a person believing in biological facts or traditional roles as misogyny for example. Even the definition online is retarded:

“hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against women. It is a form of sexism that keeps women at a lower social status than men, thus maintaining the societal roles of patriarchy”

The first part is correct but how does the idiots equate maintaining the societal roles of society equate to hate and prejudice of women? So Ukraine hates women? They’re preserving the roles of patriarchy, being the protectors and providers, whilst women run and hide, they must hate women?

I’m sure there’s a ton more real annoying phrases.

You can add “gaslighting” into there as well. Just call them liars or manipulative. To be gaslighted in a relationship is to claim you are retarded and have no thought or will of your own.
You get a pass because you are a eurobrah and you actually MEASURE things using the METRIC system. In a corporate setting I wouldn't take a chit on someone for saying it either even though they're still a ****rit. I'm speaking in terms of the news and tv here in America. Thankfully nobody ever says it around me irl

"I could care less"

It's I COULDN'T care less but there's too many stupid low IQ people on this planet who screw up the phrase.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

“Bussin”

Literally no one can tell me what the fukk it means

By all means there are a lot of words and phrases I hate but that one tops the list

Oh, wait I got another one….

Memes that end in “read it/that again”

Not only will I NOT read it again, I’ll forget having read it in the first place, seriously, maybe make your meme make sense so someone doesn’t have to reread your gibberish in the first place

We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I'm not talking about saying it before you literally go somewhere. I'm talking about all the ****ets that use it as a way of motivating, excitement or celebrating. It's especially cringy in gaming.

I guess I'm more bothered by phrases/terms that strike me as flat out stupid and/or lame.

"Fire" used to describe something in a positive manner - i.e. "That new pop rap song on the radio is fire!".

"Low-key" used stupidly. "He did dat dere chit low-key!!!!!!!!!!!! Chiiiiiiiiat."

"Seen" used improperly when the person meant to say "saw". i.e., "Hey Stacy, I seen this one show on TV yesterday!" Always blows my mind how common this one is, as it's just blatantly stupid.
