No reason for me to care that he is f'ing a fatter, older, and looser version of her. And since I am the one that broke it off, she probably thinks of me and makes him miserable.

Just to give some perspective, I've gotten laid FAR more in my 40's than in my 20's and with much better quality women. When you're older and DGAF so much it's so much easier to expand your dating range. I've had 23 year olds and 52 year olds just in the past couple of years alone, and everything in between.

My advice? Stop caring. Realize that women will come and go and there's another one just around the corner. And stop relying on them for anything, learn to rely on yourself.

This is professional therapist advice (not my own):

When you miss your ex, think about all the negative attributes they had about them. I wrote them down during my break-up. Usually when we miss someone, we only think of the positive things and we make a fake perfect image of them.
