There will be a point where you have experienced everything regular you can and nothing excites you anymore. So you turn to drugs. A couple of years later, you are on anti-depressants because if you stop, you will go nuts.

Anyways, that's just my theory. That's why the whole (C-level and even below) Wall Street is coked up (high pressure environment + chitloads of $$$$$$), musicians offing themselves or dying from overdose, movie stars, politicians. Some politicians take it even further with the P3dr0 island & chit at events like Bilderberg/Bohemian Grove.
I think there’s some truth to this. Seems to be even more magnified for those that didn’t grow up rich and then found fame later. I think that much of a lifestyle change can ruin someone who isn’t used to it from birth.

But drugs and rock bands go together like whipped cream and pumpkin pie. You chase the dragon long enough, chances are you’re gonna catch it. I know of a couple people personally who were in the ground before 30 due to the big H. If the devil is real, and here on earth- it’s in the form of drugs. Specifically opioids.

Well most musicians who die young are on a major assortment of drugs. They could have been mostly prescription meds as musicians are known to have depression; HOWEVER one shouldn't mix benzos with opiates as that's a death sentence, and no normal Dr. would prescribe those together on an ongoing basis. I'm on benzos from a Dr. and when I had surgery that month I got 1 opiate pillTalk about pain.

Chose to do drugs instead of his family, I feel for his kids. Theyre going to live from now on knowing their dad chose drugs over them.

I LOVE when they throw THC in the mix

THC is no more harmful in your body than benadryl.

Benzos can kill you
opioids can kill you
both mixed together can REALLY kill you
Weed has NOTHING to do with benzos or opioids and makes them no more deadly just because it is present

I get the whole "druggy" thing, but should we also include if he did have melatonin in his system? maybe some ibuprofein? maybe he drank a cup of black coffee and that was still in his system.

I dont think weed is dangerous but its not completely harmless.

lots of people going to ER with digestive issues. it can really fk up your endocannibinoids in your GI system - vomiting, no appetite - leading to dehydration - death if not treated.

i smoked for 10+ years, abused it and ruined my GI system. its all reversible tho if you lay off the weed.

look into Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome

Pull-up mogged GooBaa 19JAN2023, me (10) him (5). To this day he refuses to take his perm.

Yeah I ended up in the ER on edibles in 2017 but I also mixed it with opiates and benzos for the first time I ever tried weed. I was throwing up so much I thought I'd choke and severely dehydrated. I started having the scariest hallucinations I've ever had and I was in pure hell.

i thnk that must of been the mix of stuff rather than the weed itself. CHS is from a toxic build-up of THC over time in the body.

sounds like you had a rough night tho.

Not sure what the original quote was from. But third eye - tool is a great song.

Yeah I had a tough day at work as my manager was upset that I was a few minutes late most days due taking my daughter to school and my daughter was in middle school then and very difficult to parent. She’s much easier now.

I’ve never been called out at work for anything so it was humiliating.

That definitely was one of my worst days/nights ever.

Controversial opinion but why does it seem like its mostly the grunge types that do this chit especially with families and stuff.

The 80's crew partied like crazy but tended to clean up as they got older.

People want the rockstar lifestyle but whats the point if you are on anti depressants? I bet a decent chunk of 3rd world people are happier than some of these guys

Well yes the grunge singers are all dead now except for Eddie Vedder. It’s weird that the Motley Crue and Guns n Roses guys survived. I guess the drug scene was really bad in Seattle in the 90s.
