ehh my best friends wife has had 4 kids and shes still the exact same weight and size since HS so naw there are exceptions.

The most calories preggo women should have is an extra 300 to 500 at the most...that's literally the only time they're in bulk mode because they have another human getting cooked up. But most women put an extra 1 in front of the 300 and 500
